What is going down

For as long as she can remember, she has listened to the voices on the radio, read the names in the newspapers, and studied the faces on the wanted posters. Stories of men and women so dangerous that even the hunters of the secret order couldn’t capture them.

One name stands above the rest—the most wanted rogue in the world. His face burns itself into her memory. He becomes her symbol. Her goal.

 

But in her village, she is nothing more than the girl born with only one arm. The one who is too weak to prove herself. Too naive to understand that not every dream can be reached. Yet, the more they tell her she can’t, the harder she holds on.

 

One day, she makes a decision. She takes the wanted poster of the most feared rogue and tucks it away—a reminder of why she chose this path.

 

There is a legend of a man who lives atop a colossal rock formation that pierces the clouds. A former hunter. A shadow of another time. If anyone knows the way, it is him.

 

So she climbs.

 

The wind tears at her lungs, her fingers bleed, and her body screams for rest. But when she finally reaches the summit, she realizes: The legend is true.

 

The man exists.

 

His gaze is cold, already prepared to turn her away. But then his eyes fall on the wanted poster. A strange silence lingers between them. When he finally speaks, he asks questions. Too many questions. And as if something stirs in his memory, he begins to reconsider.

 

At first, he only tests her. Observes what she can do, what she can endure. Then, slowly, he begins to train her. Not because he believes in her—but because he needs to know if she is truly meant for this path.

 

Day by day, her strength grows. But his true goal is not just to make her stronger. He is preparing her for a journey. A journey through the “Old Land,” an endless wasteland of ruined cities and lurking dangers. The final barrier before the hunters’ fortress.

 

They fight through sandstorms and hostile outlaws, survive nights where the land itself turns against them. But then, everything changes.

 

A shadow moves among the ruins. A figure whose face she knows all too well.

 

The most wanted rogue stands before them.

 

The battle is a storm of speed and power. Her mentor faces him head-on, but she can see it—this enemy is unlike any other. There is no victory here.

 

Then, her mentor grabs her. She struggles, but before she can understand what’s happening, he hurls her with all his strength into the air.

 

The wind roars in her ears. The ground rushes toward her.

 

If she doesn’t die, it will only be because she has learned how to survive.

 

When she rises to her feet, she is alone. Her eyes lift—and there, before her, stands the impenetrable fortress of the hunters.

 

She made it. But at what cost?

 

There is no time to think. The fortress is not just a sanctuary—it is a place of knowledge. Its walls hide answers, not just about her future but about her past.

 

She is not tested or judged. Those who live here grow into their roles through action. And so, her training does not begin with words, but with deeds. She is assigned to an experienced hunter, follows him on missions, and learns not from books, but from blood and sweat.

 

And as she slowly carves out her place among them, she begins to realize that the most wanted rogue is more connected to her past than she ever imagined.

 

But before she can uncover the truth, war comes to her.

 

An attack on the fortress—faster, deadlier, more ruthless than ever before.

 

And among the attackers is the face she could never forget.

 

There is no escape now.

 

The hunter is about to become the hunted.
